Tam Tam is a Vietnamese restaurant that has some of the most creatively mind-blowing eats in Miami (with a Michelin Bib Gourmand to prove it). The delectable ribs fall right off the bone, the lotus root salad is plentiful with a dressing you'll want to slurp up, the chicken wings are towered sky high, the steak tartare is complete with FIRE ANT salt (yes, really). There's really no bad options at Tam Tam.

Oh, and with a kitschy aesthetic and karaoke in the bathroom, the fun doesn't just stop at your plate.
