This ramen joint has won Bib Gourmand from Michelin in 2015.
It’s renowned for its stylish and cozy ambiance and counter-seat-only layout. The owner, Kazumasa Saitō, trained in hotel Chinese kitchens, then honed his craft at Chabuyā (a fabled ramen shop), and as an executive chef at MIST in Omotesandō and in Hong Kong, earning a Michelin star there.
Drawing from six years of intensive training, he launched Nakiryū aiming to bring refined, heartfelt ramen to customers.
