The Irish Film Institute houses a cafe/restaurant and a shop dedicated to books about cinema and art (as well as DVDs). Also - obviously - it has a cinema, with an old-school cinema ambience and architectural fittings that will delight any cinema goers. They always have a fabulous selection of films to choose from, with classics shown on a regular basis alongside new releases. There is even an Oscar on display in the Lobby! It's located right in the heart of the world-famous Temple Bar district, so you have a wide array of pubs and clothes shop to choose from to let your cinema experience settle in!
