Kairėnų g. 43, 10239 Vilnius, Lithuania

The Vilnius University Botanical Garden is a true sanctuary, especially from spring to autumn. Established in 1781, the garden now spans 199 hectares across Vingis Park and Kairenai Estate, making it Lithuania's largest. It houses around 11,000 plant species, including beautiful collections of rhododendrons, lilacs, peonies, and more.

Both Kairenai and Vingis are steeped in history, with remnants of old estates adding to the charm. The garden hosts cultural events year-round, offering opportunities for peaceful strolls, picnics, or even horse riding. Whether exploring on your own or joining a guided tour, it’s always a calming and enriching experience.
