Someone says "Germany," and you think schnitzel? Then this place is for you. The king of schnitzel, Diener Tattersall, is a Berlin institution. Established as a social club for Berlin’s elite in 1893, this place will make sure you know you're not quite in their league. What can I say? That’s the Berliner way. Who can be bothered with pleasantries, right?
The place was a gathering spot for artists, and this is reflected in the walls, which are covered with photos.
It’s famous for rissoles, potato salad, and Königsberger Klopse (supposedly Olaf Scholz’s favorite dish).
Closed on Sunday. You must reserve.
