A Japanese fine dining restaurant and the jewel in the crown of famous Berlin restaurateur The Duc Ngo.
Duc fled Vietnam in the 1970s with his parents and settled in Berlin. He slowly built his portfolio of 18 restaurants across Europe. As the owner of arguably the best ramen place in Berlin (see: Cocolo), he brings his commitment to modern cuisine to this innovative space.
Head Chefs: Daniel Feldsmann and Masao Watari.
The atmosphere is relaxed, which is not always the case with other fine dining establishments.
