Personally, I recommend giving it a try to wake up at 7AM, take your friend and go here.
1299087 square meters of flowers, trees, smells and there is nobody around you. Ironically, the best thing here is not some kind of rare flowers, but the old log on which you can sit and view the whole left bank of Kyiv.
